Katie Bayer,
PT, DPT

transitionphysicaltherapy.com

Katie is a pelvic floor physical therapist, with a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum. She knows that “postpartum is forever” and it doesn’t matter how many years you are from your last delivery. Every person deserves to live without pain or dysfunction.

She also knows how interconnected our bodies and minds are. Many times, we cannot fully heal physically without treating our minds as well. That’s why she feels so lucky to have connected with Megan, who is a specialist in perinatal mental health.

TESTIMONIAL

“Megan and Katie are both incredible people to work with individually, but them working together on my pregnancy and postpartum completely enhanced the experience. Together they helped me overcome trauma post birth by repairing me physically and mentally. Megan is judgment free Mom talk, a safe space, and well trained in EMDR (such a great healing tool). Katie is comforting, provides full body work that encourages the pelvic floor to heal, and nothing is TMI for her! Both have been a key part of my pregnancy and postpartum. I truly feel good in postpartum and I think it is largely from the support of Katie and Megan.”
