Join Megan, Katie, and yoga instructor Shannon Agniel of Mindfulnest Yoga as they provide ways to achieve wellness in the mind and body. Learn simple tools to feel your best, protect against/heal from pelvic floor disorders, prevent fatigue and body aches, & improve mood and overall functioning.
Megan will offer tools to improve mindfulness so that you can feel your best and avoid the perfectionism and guilt traps that often impact moms.
Katie will explain the anatomy of the pelvic floor and how it connects to the rest of your body, & will demonstrate techniques that help strengthen, heal, and prevent future pelvic floor injuries.
Shannon will offer a mini yoga session that integrates these techniques to bring peace to mind, body, and soul.
